How to get golden tan??

sunscreen blocks most of the UV rays that causes harm but leaves some tanning rays which causes this tan . is this true i heard it online somewhere ?? and if not how to get this tan

Depends what's ur current skin type.

A person with type 1,2 & 3 skin can reach it easily with melatonin.
