How to get lower set eyebrows and less uee

Whats the best hardmax for medium set brows and some uee would it be supraorbital rim implants or would I need a brow lift for my eyebrows to be lower set and a fat graft to remove excess uee

supraorbital implants would prolly be better of the two u said, but best method:

upper blepharoplasty paired with a lateral browpexy; combo removes excess skin to reduce uee and slightly lowers the brow bringing balance to the upper third
