Hairmaxxing is prob one of the most downlooked things in looksmaxxing imo
Hair can change a lot of things and it depends on your face structure so get a suitable cut but if you wanna grow hair I would suggest start from the roots
1. Go bald tbh build it brick by brick
2. When you start to see them growing back start to use oils like coconut oil , rosemary oil , red onion oil etc.
3 . 60-70% hair health depends on what you eat so for hair especially eat these eggs (they are basically god food) chicken , fish ,spinach (PROTEIN HIGH FOOD) hair needs protein too hair is overlooked and hair is made of same material as you nails so they need protein and hydration too and get supplements like omega-3 and vit-D
4.start to train them early where to fall and where to not cus if not they will be out of shape once grown
For the ones who are going bald
If your going bald simply use minoxidil and derma stamp or roller (1-2 times weekly) and oil the bald spots with castor oil or rosemary n coconut oil .
If the balding is serious and out of control don’t watch YouTube videos on how to get those hair back cus those are cope the only option would be hair transplant
