The 5 main types of acne
1. Comedonal Acne: This is the starting stage for all acne. There are two types of comedonal acne.
2. Red pimples: This happens when ur clogged pores, due to cbum and all the dirty shit on your face, introduce bacteria to your face, which triggers an immune response and makes it look worse
4. Cystic Acne: This is the absolute worst type of acne and can last for years, it's really hard to get rid of, and even after getting rid of it, the acne scars and PIH can last for years. Its large soft pus filled lumps and generally caused by deep infection.
5. Fungal Acne: This is technically not acne, but its close enough, its caused by yeast overgrowth which is why its not considered acne on a scientific perspective but it basically just looks like acne. its characterized by tiny little bumps and is mainly found on the forehead
- Blackheads: Closed Comedones and looks dark because the oil in the pore becomes oxidized
- Whiteheads: small and kind of skin colored (kind of unnoticeable if you fraud with makeup)
2. Red pimples: This happens when ur clogged pores, due to cbum and all the dirty shit on your face, introduce bacteria to your face, which triggers an immune response and makes it look worse
- Papules: red bumps with NO pus
- Pustules: red bumps with pus, (this is way more aesthetically unpleasant than papules)
4. Cystic Acne: This is the absolute worst type of acne and can last for years, it's really hard to get rid of, and even after getting rid of it, the acne scars and PIH can last for years. Its large soft pus filled lumps and generally caused by deep infection.

Treatment Of Each Type Of Acne
1. Comedonal Acne: This type of acne is the simplest to treat and shows results nearly instantly.
Blackheads: Usually, applying a clay mask to the face works immediately after removing it.
Whiteheads: I would suggest using only a salicylic acid face wash, which will take approximately a week to start working (based on my personal experience; I'm not really sure).
2. Red Pimples:
Papules: Adalpalene 0.1% or BP 2.5% (both spot treatments); you can stack these two if necessary. Adalpalene 0.1% at night and BP 2.5% in the morning with a mild moisturizer.
Pustules: To treat this, apply a pimple patch, ideally with only hydrocolloid and nothing else (the other ingredients in the other creams and gels I suggest may irritate skin). You should also apply Adalpalene 0.1% (0.3 might be too much for your skin, as it did not sit well with mine) right before going to bed. I advise you to use sunscreen that is free of solvent heavy bases and modern chemical UV filters. Instead, I would suggest a sunscreen gel with a silicone or mineral base
3. Nodular Acne:
4. Cystic Acne: This is the toughest acne to get rid of
Main Treatment:
Isotretinoin: Take about 0.7 kg/mg/day; for a person weighing 70 kg, this would be 70x0.7=49, or in other words Weight multiplied by Amount of Isotretinoin; split this into two doses throughout the course of the day. Increase the dosage to 1 if you can handle 0.7 for longer than three weeks, and in a very serious situation, raise it to 2 after first increasing it to 1.
Topical Metformin 30%: take it as a gel or lotion, depending on your preference, apply it once a day in the evening, and only apply a small layer to the afflicted areas.
GHK-Cu: (3% serum) Your skin will heal as a result. After using your cleanser and before using moisturizer, apply it twice: once in the morning and once in the evening.
Apply BPC-157 once in the morning.
To maintain side effects:
You will need:
5. Fungal Acne: Now this might sound weird but if its on your forehead, apply a dandruff shampoo on it and wait for about 5 minutes and then wash it off. This worked for me when I had crazy fungal acne 2 years ago.
Blackheads: Usually, applying a clay mask to the face works immediately after removing it.
Whiteheads: I would suggest using only a salicylic acid face wash, which will take approximately a week to start working (based on my personal experience; I'm not really sure).

3. Nodular Acne:
- Use Accutane, you'll only need about 0.5 mg/kg/day or in more extreme cases 1 mg/kg/day
- Do all the basic skincare shit, (this is pretty obvious but still), like cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, etc., and you should be good in about 4 weeks. To fix any PIH or PIE that may occur, you can use GHK-Cu.
4. Cystic Acne: This is the toughest acne to get rid of

Isotretinoin: Take about 0.7 kg/mg/day; for a person weighing 70 kg, this would be 70x0.7=49, or in other words Weight multiplied by Amount of Isotretinoin; split this into two doses throughout the course of the day. To maintain side effects:
- Moisturizer: You will need a moisturizer due to the Isotretinoin. Buy CeraVe, Aquaphor, or Epaderm. Apply this multiple time a day whenever needed
- Lip Balm: Aquaphor lip balm works well. Apply it multiple times as needed
- Omega-3 Fatty Acids 1000Mg+
- Sunscreen (Mineral or Silicone Based)
- L-Carnitine 1000Mg (Only if you experience muscle aches from isotretinoin)
You will need:
- Triamcinolone acetonide 2.5 mg/ml
- 30 gauge needle
5. Fungal Acne: Now this might sound weird but if its on your forehead, apply a dandruff shampoo on it and wait for about 5 minutes and then wash it off. This worked for me when I had crazy fungal acne 2 years ago.
