These are things that have helped me.

At some point you stop feeling like the main character in your life . Surviving instead of choosing. Scrolling instead of living .

First off: fix your environment before fixing yourself
~extremely hard to get your spark in a place you lost it.Room ,phone ,routines and those around you.
Start small:
Unfollow people triggering comparison.
Clean your room
Add things to your day that help who you’re becoming.
Spend less time with those that know the old you

Second: stop numbing your life away
Take walks without music.
Sit without your phone
Journal your thoughts instead of ignoring them

Third:stop abandoning yourself to keep others happy
Staying quiet when something bothers you,shrinking yourself to make others not feel intimidated.
Saying yes to things you don’t want to do

Fourth:
The drained you,insecure you, stuck you is a phase not your identity. But if you keep acting like it’s just who you are you’ll always stay that way.
