I'm a 34b! but I look like a c cup unless I'm wearing a bikini or babydoll top. it depends on fat distribution too but u can eat healthy fats, wear push up bras to make them look bigger, take hormones or certain supplements. fat grafting and other things like chest excersizes can make them look bigger/ bigger too. but flat looks good on a lot of people. what really matters is the shape of them, if they're flat but a nice shape they'll look nice. besides double Ds give back pain sometimes
