Hi! I've always been a sloucher. I'm quite tall (6'4) and it's pretty hard to do some stuff without slouching (public transport -_-)... I have a forward head posture and rounded shoulders. Any proven ways I can improve my posture? Any exercises (doing chin tucks)? I've been getting occasional lower back pain lately and I don't want that to become a thing and develop into something more serious. Thanks! Also, should I sleep without a pillow? I read some stuff that it'll cause neck strains and some future problems...

@Gio1113 Chin tucking, sleeping on your back, preferably without a pillow (which I myself can't do yet because I just can't fall asleep).

Also, this video has some very simple and easy exercises that just simply work. But you gotta give it a month or a bit less to see some pretty good improvements from this video's exercises:

I have been sleeping without pillow for quite a long time and I haven't feel any negative effects.

Sleep on your back not on your side.
