How to improve eye area?

Ive been curious on the possibility ofimproving eye area, and if it is possible, how to do it. I have round-ish eyes and am trying to get sharper ones, in addition i want to get rid of eyebags.

do oculus eye massage idk what it’s called but stretch the corners of ur eyes out and upwards and squint do it 15 times a day and it works because it trains the muscles in ur face / around ur eyes (it also worked for me) also massage ur eyebrows downwards and get on minidoxil.

Not sure what to do about eye shape, but getting rid of eyebags is doable with a few lifestyle changes. I used to sleep poorly and smoke (and no surprise, i looked like a ghoul). Get a good 8-9 hours of rest every day if you can, quit or at least cut back on smoking (if you smoke), stay hydrated and try to eat food rich in vitamin C. This is what worked for me.
