if ur skinny, gain muscle in ur glutes, shoulders, and back for a nice hourglass shape. if ur fat, lose weight to get to bmi 18-20 and make sure you’re weight lifting to gain/keep muscle in the glutes, shoulder, and back.
should be eating enough protein and enough calories. gaining weight and losing weight should both be slow to not cause issues with hormones.
