How to Increase DHT (dihydrotestosterone)
What is DHT (dihydrotestosterone)
DHT, dihydrotestosterone, is an androgen hormone derived from testosterone responsible for male characteristics/development like body hair, bone mass, muscle mass, voice deepening, penile growth, etc.

How to increase DHT
Heavy resistance training and intense lifting spike testosterone, which means more 5-alpha reductase to convert into DHT (also increases androgen receptor density)
Saturated fat: eating a lot of it provides you with cholesterol. Cholesterol is the raw material for testosterone. Higher cholesterol intake = higher testosterone.
Zinc: Zinc is a cofactor for the 5-alpha reductase enzyme.
Creatine: creatine (preferably creapure) increases DHT levels in muscle tissue.
Boron: Boron reduces SHBG ( sex hormone binding globulin)=more free testosterone available for conversion to DHT (don't take if prone to hair loss).
Sleep: Sleep 8-9 hours. Most testosterone is produced during deep sleep (poor sleep reduces DHT/testosterone by 10-30%).

Supplement dosage
Zinc: 15 mg a day (don't take together with calcium/magnesium)
Creatine: 5 g a day/0.1 g per kilo of body weight.
Boron: 3-6mg everyday

Note
You can't expect to have high testosterone/DHT if you do nothing all day. The most important thing is a healthy lifestyle and habits.
