1. oysters
extremely high in zic and selenium, both critical for testosterone synthesis and thyroid function.
peat recommended seafood weekly for iodine and selenium, aajonus- style raw primal diets often include raw animal foods

2. bee pollen + raw honey
animal studies (rats and mice) show bee pollen or honey- pollen combos can raise test luteinizing hormone (LH) and improve sperm parameters.
in raw honey, the pollen adds extra nutrients (B vitamins, minerals, amino acids) that support overall energy metabolism and thyroid function
increasing thyroid function can be a overall game changer in itself.

3. raw milk "milkshake"
ingredients needed: 3 raw egg yolks , 500ml raw milk
cholesterol from the egg mixed with the easily absorbable calcium in the milk makes a great combo for hormone health.
the calcium helps balance minerals and opposes parathyroid hormone (which can interfere with hormone optimization)
while the overall nutrient density supports metabolic rate and thyroid function

4. saturated fats (butter etc)
protective fats stabilize cell membranes and support steroid hormone production without the inflammotory effects of PUFAs.
contrary to popular belief, these fats will actually debloat you.

5. hill sprinting
sprinting up hills is intense short anaerobic work that spikes growth hormone, testosterone and thyroid output.
it builds muscle, improves insulin sensivity and raises metabolic rate without the cortisol overload of long cardio.
the added intensity of the hill is definitely a great bonus and adds a greater challenge over just running/sprinting.

6. gelatinous rich foods
(chicken legs, oxtail, beef shank, lamb) glycine from the broth/cartilage balances the more stressful amino acids in muscle meat,
lowers inflammation and supports thyroid/metabolism so test can work better.

This is one of the worser guides but it's not entirely wrong

will this also make me go bald

balding is mostly genetic and about how your scalp reacts to DHT, not just how much test you have
alr cuz the men in my family lose it all at 30

best way to sustain your testo levels is not dating

Several studies, particularly those focused on evolutionary psychology and human biology, suggest that men in committed, romantic, or marital relationships often have lower testosterone (T) levels compared to single men, a phenomenon frequently interpreted as a reduction in mate-seeking behavior in favor of bond maintenance

Why I don’t date

where did you get this?

It’s prob due to cortisol
i think yeah kind of, the study says the ones in new relationship or single have higher T is because they are in a 2competitive" mode or mating‑oriented state which causes high cortisol also smth weird to note the study says people with high T cant actually sustain a long term relationship

Is that why I put on muscle fast but end my relationships before a month
