How to loose bf when you have to sit all day ?

I m currently in medschool but most of my classesare online . I study 12 h a day everyday sitting . Plus the cortisol from the stress . I've gained a bit of bf because of that . I m I cooked or is there a method to leanmaxx while having almost no time ?

Calorie deficit and 30 minutes of exercise a day is enough ,you can definitely find 30 minutes
