unless your taller than me because 40-45kg is normal for our country
 
if its just lower belly fat u need to eliminate and its very little then u can use l-carnatine bu the b=obvious answer is a cal deficiit

Long term caloric deficit and increasing your daily activity
 
i do play badminton
Cardio, mediterrane diet with cardio i mean running wlking, u walk for 20 sec, sprint 10sec and walk 20 sec again (with walk i mean jogg)
 
calorie deficit, and I recommend omad cus its easier n js light cardio thats rlly it ^^
is this for adults only? because i searched on chatgpt on how to OMAD properly and it recommended me that its not really advisable for teenagers because it can make it difficult to get enough calories, protein, vitamins, and minerals for growth, sports, school, and energy.

Omad made me lose weight easily after being overweight cus I was prone to binging lol, but you js have to focus on being in a calorie deficit if you want to lose weight in general it doesn't matter how you split ur meals rlly. If you do a sport try eat your carbs before tho n not after
