I'm 167 cmunless your taller than me because 40-45kg is normal for our country
I believe the normal weight for 167 using a healthy BMI calculator is 51-69kg for that kinda height if you want to be 44kg youd have to be underweight at that point

Omad made me lose weight easily after being overweight cus I was prone to binging lol, but you js have to focus on being in a calorie deficit if you want to lose weight in general it doesn't matter how you split ur meals rlly.
