How to lose weight ( first ever guide eugh)

Everyone is fat, if you live in America you probably see like five obese people everyday you leave the house. Obesity is a problem, not a healthy body shape. It directly increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver disease, and at least 13 types of cancer. Also being overweight is unattractive to yourself and others.

Fat loss happens when stored fat in fat cells, or adipocytes, breaks down and enters the bloodstream. The body uses this fat for energy when needed.

What to keep in mind of

  • Fat Loss: True, sustainable fat loss is best achieved at a rate of 0.5–2 pounds per week.
  • All women need less calories than a man ( 1500 to 2200 is the best )
  • Spot Reduction: You cannot lose weight only in one area (e.g., only belly fat), you must lose weight uniformly. That’s why you never see a girl who weighs 90 pounds but DDD cups, it is impossible.
  • Quick Fixes: Avoid gimmicks like detox teas or extreme, restrictive diets that lead to fast muscle loss and extreme weight regain.
These are all kinda obvious but you would be shocked at what people believe.

What works

  • Try doing some exercises right when you wake up, around 5 to 7. But doing this can improve flexibility, boosts energy, and relieves stiffness after sleep, while reducing stress and boosting mood.
  • Eat protein for breakfast. ( I’ll have a list at the end)
  • Allow yourself one snack or unhealthy thing per day.
  • AVOID liquid calories and seed oils.
  • Looking at fat people and watching those reality shows ( toxic but works )
