I hope this guide can help u in any way

- Life style

Sleep is the easiest way to keep ur cortisol spike level low try to sleep about 7-9 hours a day

To much Exercise like lifting weight
Instead of lifting 2-4 hours in the gym try to only take about 45 min per gym session

Walking is a pretty good but outside like in the nature
Walk about 20 min to whatever minutes u want in the nature it’s shown to reduce cortisol levels by 25%

- Supplements that might help u but most of them are not very effective

  • Ashwaganda
  • Fish oil (Omega-3)
  • Phosphatidylserine
  • L-theanine
- peptide

- Selank might help u to lower cortisol level
It’s a peptide that is taking for anxiety reduction and stress resilience.
It’s shown to lower cortisol level by 15% to 30%
Etc Semax

1. Hydrocortisone , Cortisol itself (paradoxically)
studies show that low doses can shut downn endogenous cortisol production via feedback.

Anabolic Steroids

(testosterone nandrolone) can antagonize cortisol receptors or reduce cortisol binding

Sugar can but not fully carbs
Because sugar quickly raises blood glucose which signals the brain that the body is safe (under control ) and this does reduces the stress response and lowers cortisol temporarily for 2 hours max

That’s it that’s the whole guide
