Info How to measuere frame?

It’s impossible to measure yourself tbh

I got 16 and 23.5 when I tried measuring. Both seem retarded

skeletally, bicromial, frame w/ muscle is bideltoid breadth
 
I asked mom to help me measure it and I got 43 centimeters (16,9295 inches) it's actually over
