Is there way to stop mouth breathing?it is important to know that mewing is not 100% there is a lot more stuff that you need to do in order to get amazing results and mewing is not the only thing
- Correct Tongue Posture:
- Place the tip of your tongue against the roof of your mouth, just behind your front teeth.
- The entire surface of your tongue, including the back, should be pressed against the roof of your mouth.
- Maintain Lip Seal:
- Keep your lips sealed without clenching your teeth. This encourages nasal breathing.
- Breathe Through Your Nose:
- Focus on breathing through your nose rather than your mouth. This is an essential aspect of mewing.
- Correct Head and Neck Posture:
- Maintain proper head and neck posture. Keep your head in a neutral position without tilting forward or backward.
- Practice Regularly:
- Consistency is key. Practice mewing throughout the day, including during various activities like sitting, standing, or lying down.
- Some practitioners also recommend maintaining proper tongue posture even during sleep.
- Chew Properly:
- Chewing gum or food properly can also be part of mewing. Chewing strengthens the jaw muscles, which can contribute to facial development.
- Be Patient:
- Changes in facial structure take time, and results vary from person to person. Be patient and persistent in your mewing practice.
I’ve heard people who have seen progress with sleeping tape if you mean while sleeping. Otherwise if you just make sure to mew every time your mouth doesn’t have to be open you will slowly get rid of your mouthbreathing habit. Js breathe through your nose igIs there way to stop mouth breathing?

If you mew during development you maxilla will grow more forwardly and laterally. You will also get a bit of ccv rotation, especially if you make sure to use the back third of your tunge while mewing. Although mewing is way better at advancing the premaxilla than at is at advancing the upper maxillahow does mewing change your face

NCT from muscle is nearly unheard of but theoretically can be an effect. Because the masseter engages partially right below the zygoma, it may mull down cheek causing soft tissue sag but this is unlikely because at the same time it loosens sutures and promotes forward growth of cheek so that's why you wont get nct from hard chewing in a normal case.I personally didnt get NCT but i have seen someone in org telling about this. I have also seen that massaging jaw muscles helps with PCT.
youll get a less sharp jawline, but it shouldnt affect your canthal tilt. at the same time training jaw will make it wider so it cancels outI have seen that if i train jaw muscles, it may cause negative canthal tilt and overall bloated face because muscles arent as sharp as bone. Is this cope ?
fr same, i wonder if it can be used an excuse to get pallate expandermy whole tongue cant fit on the roof of my mouth, i think my palate is a little narrow what should i do
