How to reduce calve size?

I asked chat gpt about measurements...all were considered as very small aside my calves and ankle...the ankle is 19-20 cm and the calves are 33cm
It may be swelling too as my period won t leave me alone and today I woke up with a huge bloat and my legs get very swollen.
Despite the huge belly bloat I managed to get a waist of 56cm. It isn t small but chat got said anything under 60 is very small but idk I doubt especially for a 165cm person. I have mentioned the height too btw.

I am barely underweight now tho. It is just my proportions.
Probably will lose 2-3 kgs after period is gone. The bloat didn t go away and it also makes me constipated af. Then I will be able to finally start the leanmaxx cuz I physically can't do it right now.
I need to be able to focus.
Don t worry...I will do it! I will be another person in june
