I feel like my lack of sleep is ruining my hgh and igf-1 production

Anyway to help sleep I struggle with not being able to sleep I might need to invest into melatonin gummies or some shit cuz I have been up the past 2 days straight
 
I went to the gym today bro I did upper and plyos and cardio and yet I struggle to sleep I am also probably not sleeping due to the fact my room is practically a fucking sauna uk weather is so fucking ass
I typed that message so you can reply I dont go to the gym cuz it hurts 🥀

2-3 hours no phone take melatonin if ur drinking diet soda dont drink diet soda 2-3 hours before your bed time.

I know it’s genuinely the fact I’m on my phone too much or playing games I physically don’t feel tired
that explains everything, the only way you can rebuild a decent sleep schedule is detoxicating from this
