So first well start surface level then into things that are better.

-Melatonin,10mg minimum
-make sure your room is completely dark and no light can distract your sleep
-use a red light filter for your display at night.
-Pregabalin (150-300mg) It’s a GABA-B down regulator and will make you sleep like a baby
-beta blockers,sometimes troubles sleeping can happen because of high resting heart rate or blood pressure.
-Quetiapin,it’s used for insomnia and is extremely effective.

That’s all you need if you have issues my love,now sleep tight.

Generally blue light glasses shouldn’t be worn in the morning,in the morning you must get natural sunlight which has perfect ratios of red and blue light to regulate circadian rhythm. At night they could be good,

You would need to examine the glasses you get.
 
the drugs suggested here are overkill if youre only treating insomnia. if you don’t respond to melatonin (most won’t if it’s not a jetlag issue), a doctor will prescribe you safer alternatives (although a lot of them still give quetiapine as a first-line, but it’s dumb), personnally what i’ve found most effective, even in patients for who none of the drugs work, is the CBT approach to insomnia, which is only possible if you have discipline and can afford to sacrifice the first week or two sleeping like shit. easy to google but TLDR for this method is reeducate your brain and body that bed=sleep only (hopefully sex too if that’s your case but nothing else, and if you’re not asleep within 15 minutes of laying down you have to leave your bed and do something else. then retry later. rinse and repeat until your body assimilates bed=sleep. if applied rigorously, eventually you will sleep like a baby.) short term if you can’t get an Rx just buy benadryl OTC it will kkock you out, but only use it on occasion until you get your shit together or get a prescription
