DIET
Im putting you on a primally raw milk diet. Preferably goat milk but A2 cow milk will do. Drink as much of this as possible. 5L a day should be minimum. The rest of your diet should me raw organs, some raw muscle meat and a fuck ton of raw honey and raw egg yolks in the milk
You will gain height and weight fast as fuck
SLEEP
Perfect sleep schedule. Sleep a couple hours after the sun goes down and wakeup in 10-11 hours
TRAINING
basic minimalistic training focused on compounds rather than isolation. Your goal is to get strong on a push, pull and leg movement for example
Bench, Barbell row, Squats
Then move on to isolation
Lateral raise
Tricep extension
Lat pulldown
Curl
Hamstring curl
Leg extension
