any ideas? should i just get ridiciously lean or drink water 24/7. i'm one of the few genetically unlucky mfers that don't have a bad facial structure but i get bloated very easily, i'm also not photogenic
 
be lean and drink enough water
 
and lower your sugar intake

i have lost alot of weight, i can tell by old videos, my only issue is my camera quality is ass and i don't know if im subhuman in the face or not. when i look myself in the mirror, i don't look terrible, probably average looking to be honest. also my skin sucks as well that's my main critique from most people, nobody has ever called me ugly so i'm certain i'm average looking

lower your salt intake and raise your potassium intake, it’ll help with water retention
