delete instagram, tik tok, facebook, snapchat, youtube. download beeper, use insta youtube and facebook on laptop only if u still need to. dont use tik tok and snapchat anymore grown ahh individual. this gives u infinite time pretty much @iletheile oh also only do shit u think is genuinely cool or fun, get a cool job, go to cool school, dont do stuff u dont wanna do, or want the end result enough that u wanna do it and reframe ur mind around that to not be thinkin bout it as a drag
