How to stop temptation?

Someone please tell me how to stop the food noise, i really wanna cut sugar, and other food that are just unncessarily unhealthy in my diet, and i cant stop binging it sucks!
Eat a lot of meat when cutting to zero the amount of carbs, but you will feel kinda weaker
 
half of these replies are bullshitting you. it depends on what point you’re at, are you trying to start or are you mid way through?

if you’re trying to start, it takes pure willpower and luck. it took me over a year to beat binge eating, and it happened because my sister was in the kitchen and i felt like she would think i’m fat if i binged on oreos at 12 am. you just need to build momentum and after a couple of weeks of dieting, you won’t look back

if you’re mid way through, eat everything in sight for a week. you won’t gain fat, i promise you. it’ll just be water and then you can continue your deficit. stay at 400-600 range, ideally 600

if all fails, use retatrutide
