if you’re trying to start, it takes pure willpower and luck. it took me over a year to beat binge eating, and it happened because my sister was in the kitchen and i felt like she would think i’m fat if i binged on oreos at 12 am. you just need to build momentum and after a couple of weeks of dieting, you won’t look back
if you’re mid way through, eat everything in sight for a week. you won’t gain fat, i promise you. it’ll just be water and then you can continue your deficit. stay at 400-600 range, ideally 600
