I turn my feet outwards like a downie r****d. It's making me look repulsive, that's why girls only ever seem positive when I'm sitting down somewhere, not when I walk past.

I'm autistic btw
relatable
You both likely developed a pelvic tilt from sitting too much and since the whole body is connected it will start to adapt to the new position by compensating with other muscles too you need to do stretches and walk more

Posture issues, flat feet and as mentioned here before pelvic tilt

You'll need physical therapy or some shoes
