How to take SARMs? which ones to take? Where to buy them?

I did my own research and Im planning on using mk 677, its growth horomone based not test. How much should I take a day? Im getting the liquid form.
If you did enough research then you wouldn’t be asking these questions. Mk677 will just make you a fat ass.

If hes actually a consistent lifter and has mental grit, he wont gain much fat mass, its just that its because of his age, and its still not very well researched at his age range,

I'm 15 and Ive been training daily for years, Ive had friends who have taken mk without any problems and gaining muscle. I ended up finding out more from Google and people anyway. Also I have a fast metabolism so the appetite and stuff is honestly not a problem. I know how to gain mass, I put on 15 pounds lean this summer so it will likely just be muscle. Im gonna get one bottle of mk, the liquid form, then hop off once its empty because from my research its possible to maintain muscle build with mk.

It’s actually pretty hard to retain muscle after hopping off, because recovery dips and you don’t have gh levels like before, you’ll find it harder to lift the same weights, and your muscles will look flatter temporarily due to less water retention,

Yeah, but I just want it to kind of want to get a small boost. I understand that I'm not going to keep all the muscle that I gain and Im fine with that. Also I'm on creatine so the water retention shouldnt be a problem no?

Genuinely low iq you should do hgh and it isn't that expensive to you could probably get 2 weeks supply with the same price for mk677
 
But here's a sarm hierarchy LGD>Rad140>S4>osterine>S23>yk11

This takes account for side effects plus gains some may build more muscle but will cause more side effects
 
The fact you don't know this it's a sign you should do more research then just wasting you're time on cope that won't even build you at most 2kg of muscle
I was asking to make sure you weren't saying the appetite thing, I could use a boosted appetite considering my ADHD meds lower it and I have a fast metabolism. Ive had friends gain up to 10 pounds of muscle in a cycle, I understand its different for everybody but Ill definitely gain more than 2kg

It wasn't 10pounds of muscle jfl like men if you're genuinely set on doing Sarms at least do 5mg of LGD you will gain more than mk677 at a lower dose and will have less problems

Also mk677 isn't a sarm it's a GHS(growth hormone secretagogue)

Not really, mk pulls a lot of additional water in, lots more than creatine, creatine might slow the water loss but it won’t stop it, you’ll also feel slight cravings as your stomach is used to the volume but your appetite isn’t. The biggest issue you’ll face is trying to avoid buying another bottle of mk, anyone who does one cycle never ends up only doing just one, it’s like a high almost

I'm giving the money to my friend to buy it, then he's gonna give it to me. I told him not to let me buy another one.

That's not eyeballing it, that was how much weight they kept after the cycle

Alright then, be careful though, and also document your progress very thoroughly, it could help others too
