Aren't neck extensions risky, though? If so, how do I limit risk as much as possible?Neck curls and neck extensions
If extensions are made with a harness, shrug to stabilize.
Neck is a muscle who recovers quick, start low weight and high reps, 3-4 sets, and then you can do it twice per week like forearms
Oh nvm, I was thinking of a different one. Now I get what you mean. Appreciate itAren't neck extensions risky, though? If so, how do I limit risk as much as possible?
Not risky, but you have to train back of the neck for balance between neck muscles group and postural benefits.Aren't neck extensions risky, though? If so, how do I limit risk as much as possible?
