apply 2 pea sized amounts on ur nose (the tip and nostrils) and leave it on for 5 to 15 mins then wash It off, u can do It everyday and in the morning would be the most ideal

hydrocortisone thins skin, it doesnt thin a nose. what you'd actually be doing is atrophying the skin over the cartilage that makes the tip bulbous, and skin atrophy from topical steroids shows up as visible vessels and permanent thinning. a bulbous tip is cartilage, nothing topical reaches it
