how to whiten teeth

ok so my teeth are in a rly good shape , they’re straight & i have a good bite ,. thing is my teeth are kinda yellow & it pmo a lot.i heard those drug store bought whitening toothpastes ruin your teeth enamel and are straight up cope andd as for teeth whitening strips i don’t know which ones r actually good and worth the money.

Crest whitening strips, have not tried but will and I’ve seen quite good results if you’re looking for something quick

Matters what they’re yellow from
if they’re stained from smoking/drinks then whitening strips work
But if you don’t smoke or drink coffee/teas just brush ur teeth more offen

also if u DO smoke/drink make sure to brush ur teeth after every cig or every cup to minimise the stains
