Hi, this is my first guide, i know it’s not the best but i tried my best.

Many Looksmaxxing threads focus entirely on surface level fixes like skincare routines. But they completely ignore the root cause: what you put into your body is the actual raw material your face is built from. If your nutrition is flawed, your bone structure, skin quality, and hormonal profile will reflect it.

1. Skin Quality & Cellular Inflammation

Many guys fall into the trap of crash dieting or cutting calories blindly to drop body fat, ignoring nutrient density entirely. When you starve your body of raw materials, your skin loses elasticity, your face looks hollow in the wrong way, and your metabolism tanks. Fat loss becomes effortless when your cells are actually nourished instead of starved.

The bigger issue destroying your skin is the widespread consumption of industrial seed oils (sunflower, canola/rapeseed, and soybean oil) alongside refined sugar. These polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are chemically fragile and oxidize deep inside your cell membranes. This cellular oxidation triggers systemic chronic inflammation, wrecks your collagen structure, causes acne, and accelerates skin aging.

The Fix: Strip out all seed oils and industrial garbage. Replace them with stable, saturated fats that your body can actually use for cellular repair, such as grass-fed butter, tallow, or coconut oil.

2. Nutrient Density for Bone Growth, Facial Dimorphism, and Skin

Your bone structure, including your jaw width, dental arch, and facial symmetry, requires specific fat soluble vitamins and minerals during development and maintenance. Low nutrient plant diets or processed foods leave the jaw underdeveloped and the skin dull.

To maximize testosterone, achieve full lips, build a lean physique, and maintain flawless skin, you need bioavailable animal foods loaded with vitamins A, D, K2, and zinc:

- Pastured Eggs & Raw Dairy: Packed with fat-soluble vitamins and cholesterol, which is the literal backbone of your hormone production.

- Seafood & Oysters: The ultimate source of zinc and copper for testosterone, immune function, and collagen synthesis.

- Liver: Nature’s multivitamin, providing preformed Vitamin A (retinol) and bioavailable iron without plant anti-nutrients.

- High-Quality Meat: Delivers complete amino acids and carnitine to build strong facial muscles and tissue.
