ik there is other methods but i am focusing on food here

red meat, especially if youre american. fish, chicken, eggs and nuts. dont eat soybean unless you wanna turn into a female

we mediterraneans have a healthy diet overall and we eat a lot of meat , we dont even have soy products in my country

I ate a lot of soy and it did not turn me into a female, I wish it did. Instead I ended up taller than average.

My theory is soy is masculine. Because a woman who knows how to cook is feminine, tofu is kind of a bland and stoic dish. Soy has a lot of phytoestrogens, which might have a masculinizing effect because it fills the estrogen receptors and prevents genuine estrogen absorption.

The other reason I might be tall is not because of soy, but because I ate a lot of vitamins and minerals when I was younger.
