I saw this older black woman on tiktok talking about how she uses topical hydrocortisone every day without consulting her doctor for 10 years and she had pretty good skin, i was wondering some of the benefits and if i should try using it? are ebony people less likely to get bad side effects from hydrocortisone use, like does race have anything to do with it? cuz im european passing. also does it help with acne or does it just give you a better skin barrier? does it weaken or strengthen uv damage? thanks
