Hydrocortisone on nose

I want a more elongated look to my nose — would putting hydrocortisone on it help? My nose isn’t particularly big or anything but I just want it to be a bit slimmer.
If you suggest I do put hydrocortisone on it, how should I apply? Pea-sized amount? After moisturizer? Idk
