i have questions bare with me

my friend recently told me abt hydrocortisone to make my nose smaller ,he suggested it because i kept complaining saying my nose is wide , he told me to just be careful with it because theres the risk of getting tsw , i started using it 2 days ago and the packaging says its 2% . he said to use it everyday for 2 weeks then after that just use it whenever i want my nose to look smaller but im still scared about the tsw thingy , is this the correct way to use it or should i use it less?

ive been using it everyday for the past 2 days i put a bit on my fingers and rub it into my nose for about 3 mins then wipe it off , is this correct?

another question i have :
i was just suggested to start using tret to clear acne but i was wondering if it could be harmful towards my skin if i mix it with the hydrocortisone ?

u should still look up the correct way to use it because maybe i didnt do it entirely right either

Tret is mixed with corticosteroids all the time in kligmen’s formula it should be fine to overlap
Also the side effects are deadass nothing dont use it 1-2 a week use it 2x a day every morning and night
You can cycle it like 2-4 weeks on 1 week off if youre that worried about side effects
Take ashwaganda to maintain the hpa axis caused by hydrocortisone increasing your cortisol minimally over time
