I remember when I first posted a pic I got a lot of comments about my hyoid. I was looking at some threads today and generally a lot of people say either not to get surgery/ or you cant do anyhting? It was very confusing. Does anyone know more about hardmaxxes/softmaxxes I can do or like if its worth it at all
