I missed 3 days of gym, I’m tryna make up for it
 
5 days is too much, you're supposed to do low volume high intensity
I missed my cardio days to eat like a fatty for 3 days. AND I gotta take pics in a couple days I need to lock in man 💔💔

5 days is overkill . recovery is when ur muscles grow so u can get that physique. HIGH intensity low volume, 3 days is more optimal. face card is important, but body is just as crucial to keep up with. no matter how good your face looks, if ur body is chopped YOU are chopped.

I think I’ll be fine. My body ain’t chopped I’m just bloated from my meal yesterday. I NEED to lock in
