Last year, I went down from 85 kg to 60 kg in a span of a few months. Then in less than a year, I went from 60 kg to 85 kg again.

I’ve decided I should lose weight again, so I’m going to not only start dieting soon, I’m also going to start working out.

My best friend’s an aspiring personal trainer and he’s swole, always has been since he was 14 and now he’s 30. He says he will make a workout plan for me and whatnot.

And over at .org, two bhaijaans offered me similar help.

But I’ll start in a few weeks. For now, I’m going to continue with my goyslopmaxxing.

No, buttery parathas with Greek yoghurt for pre-dawn meals, and a bunch of tosti with cheese, onions and garlic sauce. And for dinners, lots of oily food a la pakorays, but also minced-meat samosas, French fries, that kind of stuff. For a month. 🤗

I'm happy that you started with the gym. my best advice is pick up a nicotine habit that'll cut your intake by like 1/3 once u really get hooked.

Yeah, I’ve lost weight before by just cutting down calories. I’d incorporate days of fasting for weight loss along with OMAD for maintenance, worked well until the fasting month when my dieting habits had to chance. I’ve been meaning to smoke a few cigarettes before I turn 30. Good idea.

cigs are fine for nicotine but if you care about your skin and lungs long term then zyns / velos or vapes are the way to go.

Nah I just wish to quit permanently, I mean I’ve already quit but I said I’d stop smoking cigarettes forever as soon as I turn 30. Last time I smoked was probably two months ago.
