You need an orthodontist now srsly how did you parents let it get this bad its basically abuse
my parents couldn’t afford private dental care, i live in the uk you can get it free until your 18 and everytime i went they said i don’t need anything done

Im not exactly sure but probably double jaw surgery if looks like you have a super narrow jaw so you definitely would need a palette expander but alot of other things as well

i feel like my top and bottom jaw is recessed i don’t think just palate expander would cut it tbh but djs is so expensive

You'd need to consult and actual professional but from my pov youd probably need DJS or something like that although if ur under 16 you could probably do something else to make your issues not so bad

at least you are very beautiful !

maybe u can go to a denist in another country ? like i heard u can get a new set of turkey without being a civilian but maybe u can go to countries near u and get help? i feel so annoyed this is how the denists are, it took me 3 days of visiting the denist to get my root canal infection fixed but now the stuff they used to cover the hole fell out so now i just have a massive hole

i like to dream about what i would look like if i developed properly💔
i feel the same way as you i have brutal teeth too i was in car accident i really wish none of those happened good luck on your future ortho things

Insurance should cover you, at least go to an ortho and get a checkup to see if they would.

palate expansion and very likely lower jaw surgery, if you are over 21 you likely need surgically assisted operation to reopen the palate suture
why lower jaw this is my upper jaw

why lower jaw this is my upper jaw
when your palate is that much narrow, what happens is that your upper jaw basically locks in in place the mandible, making it position more downwards and ruining its normal development. this is such a disaster that its very likely affecting your nose breathing, it a very serious situation you are in

i dont know if you 100% need uper jaw surgery but you absolutely do need palate expander (which can result in a surgery case if the suture of your palate is already fused and needs to be reopened), likely need lower jaw surgery and absolutely need braces, along with every single cavities fixed.
hear from an orthodontist that is specialized in airways. im really sorry you are in this situation i hope i was helpful

everytime i went they said i don’t need anything done
that is insane

i got free braces and a couple other orthodontic procedures for free and my teeth weren’t even THAT bad they were low end of grade 3

i’m not an orthodontist but this looks like grade 4 which means you should have been automatically given free treatment

according to nhs website grade 4 and 5 are automatically eligible and grade 3 are assessed case by case

typa of teeth you never forget fr
Have you tried to go to a french dentist ? Idk how it works but here the social security cover dental problems up to 23yo i think ?

yeah i would think it’s for the citizens but def smth ill look into as its close to the uk too

try anyway

you literally stand to gain everything and lose nothing

you could even claim wrongdoing or negligence or some shit on their part for telling you you didn’t need orthodontics
more so if you have issues outside of cosmetics ie speech and/or breathing

That's straight up cruel

Explore medical tourism, orthodontic help is still very cheap in Eastern Europe so scout it out
