My name is AJ I'm 18 I was a mouth breather for a long time which in the end as most of you know complexity ruined my looks first photo me at 14 second photo me now I have been mewing for around 6 months now and it hasn't worked I keep my tounge in proper position for long periods but it still doesn't work do you guys have any advice for me on how I can improve my looks ?

neva give up on mewing be concious about it. it takes time to make it a full habit. patience

1- take proper photos if you want serius rating
2- mewing should be done all time unless you are talking/eating/doing sports or running to catch the bus
3- mewing should be done automatically, it should feel like the natural position of tongue when you are only breathing
4- mewing is what happens when you breath through your nose, is just the proper posture of your tongue when you breath through your nose
5- Uppereyelid exposure seems like a bigger problem than your jaw. Try to fix it
6- debloating or getting lean wikl help to achieve better definition
