I am sure I don't have diabetes and my medical situation is good, yet I constantly need proccesed sugar because otherwise my brain can't focus studying.
I wouldn't care that much but I fear this shit makes me look bad to some degree. I feel miserable when I see my pics. I know there is some lens distortion( but no one would believe me). I know bones are genetics but idk I truly feel the amount of sugar I've consumed in my teens ruined any potential and i truly think it is irreversible atp

It doesn't work and anyways I am too picky with fruit and most of it is very expensive. If a fruit doesn't have the taste or texture I expect, it makes me throw up

Have you tried shakes, that have fruit.

As well unless you are in europe, i dont believe its that expensive to buy fruit i think.

idk i usually just go for countries close to me that grow year round
like papaya/pineapple from mexico
apples in winter months for me from here or canada
i try and stay in same continent, usa is usually enough for me, varying climates means fruit seasons differ across
