Discussion I can not lose weight

It is really hard to count my calories because apps are inaccurate. Now what would you do in my situation? Trying and trying but can't the fat. I wouldn't say I'm obese. maybe just overweight. I tried different methods always get back to shit eating, because of no results, If anyone can help it would be good. Age:13 Height:170cm weight:76.5kgs
 
instead of focusing strictly on calories, make sure to be eating the right foods. Cut out processed foods and sugar, instead eat real whole foods like meat, eggs, fruit, cheese, etc.

Play sports and stay active

start lifting weights or doing body weight exercises

There is a efficient method.

Eat only meat and sheets. No legumes, fruits, rices... This way you will almost always be burning calories because you will eat almost no calories.

Of course, don't drink anything other then water. Juices are full of carbs because fruits are full of carbs...






Do that for at least 1 week and you will see change

Spend almost the entire day outside w sun protection ofc, and play sports. Then also keep in mind that caloric deficit should be no more than 100-300 of your total caloric expenditure, this is to ensure you develop properly.
 
get yourself a food scale and weigh it out to be as accurate as possible. then, you can test whether the deficit is working every one or two weeks by weighing yourself. before i got a food scale i used measuring cups, just try your best to measure things out. you can’t always trust your own eyes, for example a tablespoon of peanut butter to you may actually be 2 tablespoons, 2X THE CALORIES. THAT is why food scales are so helpful.

exactly this, you don't have to count calories because if you actually had the discipline to lose weight you wouldn't be binging anyways
 
losing weight is pretty easy with enough discipline don't blame you lake of willpower on the fact that apps aren't as accurate as you would like them to be
 
And you're probably just doing it wrong... I know more people than I can count who claim they "cant lose weight" and blame their thyroid or metabolism all while eating a supersized meal from mcdonalds, even health care professionals dont know what they're talking about, my doctor told me I wouldnt be able to lose weight because of my medication and i already lost 8 lbs the first month of my diet.

Stop counting calories. It's retarded. Stupid stuff only bored confused Westerners do. Consume three tbs of pure Spanish olive oil in the morning and three more before going to bed. You need fats. Start consuming the good kinds.
