i cant let my phone down

is it just me
i genuinely look at my phone every second the moment i dont feel it in my hands i have a panic attack
i cant go to bed without it,i cant go to the bathroom without it i dont know i just feel really attached to it and it feels like im gonna die alone if i let it down and i dont have any screens to stare at and i get fomo even though theres nothing important
i dont even have people texting me yet i still feel like the moment i put it away someone will look for me
i need help, i dont want it but i cant live like this anymore its ruining me

I’m in class with my phone rotting here
 
but also same, i feel like smth that helps me is exercising i do at least an hour 30 mins every day. or try reading/video games that also helps. i like to experiment with my makeup or face paint when im extra bored

lmao i also exercise but i do it with my phone which ik sounds insane but im too addicted
and even while reading or playing i just get the urge to check my phone every two mins, i lost all focus
