what do I do? I been fluctuating 130 lbs - 121 lbs for the past like year and a half. subcutaneous fat pads are genuinely ruining my shit keeping me hardstuck hmtn, my skin is decent but could be better. I don't know what to do I'm 5'10 129 lbs rn and I'm trying to gain muscle 😢

yeah I'm gonna look into body recomposition and eating in slight deficiet or matinence I feel like thats the most optimal for me

Cause I’m like early 14 and am 5, 10 and am 156 pounds w low body fat, so idk maybe u should js bulk a lot and then cut

idk man I've never dieted before.... I don't think I could bring myself to. my metabolism is carrying
