I couldnt fall asleep the whole night because I haven't had any liquid in over 48 hours since I cant swallow literally anything since it hurts so bad, so as a result I'm severely dehydrated
Anyways im gonna go to a doctor now and he's gonna give me throat numbing spray and an IV drip
