I literally always break oit on my period and my face is sooo mich uglier in general

me too. i find it helpful to keep get some movement/exercise during that week and give myself some grace. it's helpful to get yourself some kind of treat that aligns w/ your goals (ex. food, a comfy blanket, a craft, etc.) and slowly whittle away at it over the week or so you have your period

My face genuinely looks like if mushy pasta dough had sex with a porcupine during my period but atleast my stomach looks flatter
