me too. i find it helpful to keep get some movement/exercise during that week and give myself some grace. it's helpful to get yourself some kind of treat that aligns w/ your goals (ex. food, a comfy blanket, a craft, etc.) and slowly whittle away at it over the week or so you have your period

well yes above average people tend to look good, for most women birth control can actually worsen acne, bloat your face and cause significant weight gain but it also depends on the type some are worse than others
