You should not be getting a severe headache after BSing. Try to do lighter taps your bone can only grow so fast and its a lot better long term. Consider knuckle dragging if you're doing jaw since there's no actual impact

Well ive laid off the hammer for a bit and picked up a gun since hammer was unsterile; gave me acne, still recovering from it.
