Few things, you’d get a trimax not a bimax+genio on separate occasions and I wouldn’t get veneers since the trimax would fix your alignment all you need is to whiten your teeth and you won’t need a chin implant with a genioplasty

I ended up getting the chin implant removed since it got infected. I wanted to get an implant to cover up a cleft chin but it didnt work
